In order to maximise sales in the run up to the Christmas period, we established a “position” for The Bell to set it apart from rival pubs in the area. This put an emphasis on the warm welcome, excellent menu and classic atmosphere, as well as profiling the new landlords.
- We established a brand design for The Bell that reflected these values and designed menus and flyers in this style.
- We scheduled Facebook posts to engage with the local community and arranged a mail drop introducing the new landlords.
- We worked on a calendar of events that we could market; Halloween, Bonfire Night, a Christmas jumper competition and a New Year’s Eve black tie event.
The result was a 40% increase in sales from the start to the end of the project.
