Steven Hale is a well-respected, independent audiologist who offers a high standard of hearing care, consultation and treatment to patients in the Birmingham area.

Steven was looking for a marketing company who could help him design a new website and develop a marketing strategy that included both online and offline channels.

What we did…

HDK Marketing designed a new state-of-the-art website with original photography, improved content and highlighted keywords for search engine optimisation (SEO), which increased the brand’s visibility online.

Once the new website was launched, we then implemented an ongoing marketing strategy – informed by an in-depth business review – that included the following:

  • Regular social media content on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
  • New product launches
  • Email campaigns to existing customers, including newsletters, special offers, promotions of services and events, as well as the introduction of a new referral scheme.
  • Advertising ventures such as sponsorship of local sporting events and a golf hole at a local club.
  • High quality print collateral including thank you cards, newsletters, mail drop leaflets in the local area, feature articles and adverts in local magazines and newspapers.
  • Partnership opportunities with other local health professionals.
